Brighten your jungle with zesty lime trailing leaves

Philodendron hederaceum ‘Lemon Lime’ | Fast EU shipping | Grown with love in the EU | Pet-toxic

Summary: Philodendron ‘Lemon Lime’ dazzles with its cascading chartreuse heart-shaped leaves, adding a vibrant pop of colour to shelves, hanging baskets, or climbing displays with effortless care.

✨ Why You'll Love the Philodendron ‘Lemon Lime’

  • Eye-catching lime-green heart-shaped foliage for a fresh, tropical vibe
  • Fast-growing trailing or climbing plant perfect for any jungle setup
  • Easy-care philodendron, ideal for beginners and collectors alike
  • Brightens dark corners and pairs beautifully with darker green foliage
  • Average length: Trails or climbs up to 1 m | Growth: Vining habit with vibrant new growth

🌞 Light & Placement

Thrives in bright, indirect light to maintain vivid colour. Tolerates medium light but new growth may be less vibrant. Avoid direct sun to prevent leaf scorch.

💧 Water & Humidity

Allow the top 2–3 cm of soil to dry before watering. Prefers moderate humidity but adapts well to typical indoor conditions. Mist occasionally to keep leaves fresh and healthy.

🪴 Soil & Potting

Plant in a well-draining indoor mix with perlite for aeration. Repot every 1–2 years in spring to refresh soil and support vigorous trailing or climbing growth.

🐾 Toxicity & Safety

Toxic if ingested by pets or humans due to calcium oxalate crystals. Keep away from cats, dogs, and small children.

🌱 Growth & Propagation

Fast grower under optimal conditions. Propagate easily via stem cuttings in water or soil during spring and summer to expand your collection or share with friends.

📆 Seasonal & Special Care

Rotate regularly for even growth. Wipe leaves monthly to remove dust and enhance their bright sheen. Reduce watering slightly in winter when growth naturally slows.

🐛 Common Issues

Yellowing leaves often indicate overwatering. Watch for spider mites or aphids; treat infestations promptly with neem oil and improve airflow if needed.

🧬 Botanical Background

Philodendron hederaceum ‘Lemon Lime’ is a vibrant cultivar of the classic Heartleaf Philodendron, native to Central and South America. Its cheerful colour makes it a must-have for any European indoor jungle.

Great For Dry Hair
I've never tried Batana Oil before, so I had no idea what to expect. It's a great oil for my hair. I love that it is all-natural oil and is more like a paste. It spreads easily on my hair. I love that I can put a tiny bit on my finger and rub it directly into my dry scalp. The oil has an interesting but pleasant smell. It's hard to describe. It reminds me a bit of a cross between coffee and cacao, but more nutty and mild. I like it. It's not too strong. The directions say to apply and leave in for 20 minutes, then wash out with a sulfate-free shampoo. I like to leave it in my hair for a day or two before washing it again. It's a great conditioning oil for dry and damaged hair. It might feel heavy on fine or thin hair, but I like it on my medium-thick hair. The only reason I dropped this a star is that I'm dubious of the claim that it promotes hair growth. I think it helps my dry hair from breaking off, but I don't think it can do much for most hair loss. However, for hair conditioning, this is definitely a five star product.

It's not showing no improvement or no change. It's been one month and no improvement to my hair... Just a waste of money... Very disappointed ☹️☹️

Single-ingredient moisturizing treatment with a pleasant smell
When this is described as "batana oil," that's exactly what it is. Not a dozen other ingredients with just a little bit of batana, no colors or fragrances, just batana oil. I love that about this. It's easy to use, just melt it into you hands and massage it into your scalp and hair. Folks with long hair would do well to concentrate on the ends since that's where you're less likely to get natural oil from your scalp to help keep the hair healthy. Leave it in for a bit, then wash it off in the shower with shampoo. Not at all complicated. I loved how my scalp felt afterward, definitely less itchy and "tight." as far as regrowing any hair or anything, I think the only thing that would help me is a miracle, so I'm not basing my review on that. The smell is nutty and very nice. Similar to the roasty notes of coffee or chocolate. Very pleasant and not "chemical" or perfumey smelling.

Nice Scent but Too Early to See Results
I’ve just started using this batana oil, so it’s too early to say if it actually helps with hair growth or thickness. I’ll need to use it consistently for a while before seeing real results. So far, I do like the smell—it has a nice scent and doesn’t feel overwhelming. The oil itself feels nourishing and easy to apply to the scalp and hair. The size is decent for the price, but like most hair treatments, the effectiveness will really depend on long-term use. Pros: Pleasant scent Feels nourishing on hair and scalp Easy to apply Cons: Too early to tell results Overall, it seems promising, but you’ll need to give it time to see if it actually delivers on the hair growth claims.
