This uniform dress snaps up the side with "Grippers" snap fasteners. The Gripper snap came out in the 1930s. There is one chest pocket and one waist pocket. It takes a button is collar, which is missing. There are a few light stains in the material, most noticeably on the shoulders and some very minor areas on the skirt. The inside along the waist has some staining as well. It can probably be cleaned out, but it isn't that noticeable, so it can just be worn as-is. As mentioned above, the length has been taken up and could be undone - this is why the bottom hem seams are slightly off.
