The Tru-Spec Scorpion OCP Combat Shirt is purpose-built for hot, demanding environments where you need maximum mobility, ventilation, and rugged durability without sacrificing tactical functionality. The shirt features a breathable knit torso engineered to stay cool and comfortable under body armor, paired with 50/50 NYCO rip-stop sleeves and collar that can handle the abuse of field operations. The ¼-zip front with low-profile mandarin collar and zipper cover provides adjustable ventilation while preventing irritation under plate carriers and chest rigs. Seamless, reinforced shoulders eliminate chafing from armor straps, while reinforced elbow patches and gusseted sleeves add durability and unrestricted range of motion. Each sleeve includes a storage pocket with loop fields for patches and ID, a glint-tape holder for IR identification, and pen/pencil stalls on the left sleeve. The adjustable hook-and-loop cuffs let you secure sleeves over gloves or roll them up for ventilation. It is worth purchasing a Protection Plan on an unfamiliar item
Bought a 3-year protection plan for a nut milk maker machine for $5.99. It was a fairly new kitchen item in our household and we were not familiar with the brand. So, I bought the plan for a piece (peace) of mind. The machine worked nicely for about 18-20 months with daily use until it tripped the circuit outlet.
My initial chat with Asurion did not go as I expected due to discrepancy on their end as they see a protection plan for the nut milk maker as a sporting goods valued between $100-$199, not as a kitchen item valued between $30-$39.99. ( I had bought 3 different protection plan on th same day for multiple items purchased on Prime Days). They were looking at a different plan and I was unable to get them to "scroll over" to the appropriate protection plan.
I tried again on a different day during the first hour of their contact hours and had a cheerful Asurion agent who was able to find the appropriate kitchen item protection plan. It was a simple and thorough conversation and transaction. I was refunded within hours after I packed up and dropped off the damaged item out to UPS.
Moral of the story: Asurion Protection Plan is worth it and contact them at the start of their first day shift, not at the end of their evening shift.
